Construction Manager at Risk

Collier Construction will work directly with the owner(s) selected design team to determine the best uses of site, building criteria, and evaluate costs to accommodate the owner’s budget. The goal is to understand the owner(s) vision, communicating their needs, managing the entire process to achieve the best outcome for the owner(s), all while meeting their economic boundaries with integrity.

Collier Construction services include, but are not limited to:

Design: Assist with all aspects of the preconstruction design
Cost and schedule management: Create and refine budgets, work schedules, and cost estimates
Contract management: Manage contracts and communicate specifications
Risk management: Anticipate and manage risks, change orders, and safety concerns
Procurement: Secure materials, equipment, and construction services
Quality assurance: Ensure that the project meets quality standards
Safety management: Ensure that the project meets health and safety regulations
Project communication: Prepare status reports and communicate with the owner
