When we were looking for a builder to build our one-time-only office building, several things came to mind. We knew we wanted a builder to interpret the office design provided by our architect to give us the quality and the relationship needed to easily work through issues in the plan. We also wanted the end result on time and on or under budget. Collier Construction did all of that! Scott Collier, the project manager and our on-site manager were able to give us the office building we planned for. When we realized we needed to cut some costs, Collier graciously did some rethinking and presented us with cost-cutting ideas, called “value engineering” that brought the final product under budget without cutting the quality. They even finished the project one week early. What a nice surprise! We will always highly recommend Collier Construction for any commercial building project.
