Collier Construction built the Courthouse Annex in Dickens, Texas, as well as the new Dickens Volunteer Fire Department facility, and has also quickly responded to inquiries to improve the 4-H facilities. I sincerely appreciate Collier Construction’s attention to rural West Texas.
