Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Help in resolving project issues and delays
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and permits
- Review and process change orders, RFI (Request for Information), and submittals
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Assist in procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or project management
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Work Environment:
- Office and construction site settings
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations
