Project Description

This project is a new, ground-up orthodontics office with space that included semi-private patient rooms, a laboratory, waiting and consultation areas, offices, a break room, and an adjacent lease space for a future tenant.

Construction Methods

The project was wood-framed with zip board sheathing on a reinforced concrete foundation. The exterior walls were finished with a cultured stone wainscot with EIFS above. Stained cedar awnings were utilized over the two main entrances. Asphalt shingles were used for roofing. Air conditioning was handled with standard split system units. Plumbing was done using underground PEX piping for water and copper for the medical gasses. A mixture of fluorescent and LED lighting was utilized throughout the space.
